3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph52 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph52 will never request your password through any communication channel.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your ph52 account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. ph52 reserves the right to void any transactions that appear to have been conducted fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
3.4 Contact Information. You must keep your registered contact information — including email address and mobile number — current and accurate. ph52 uses these details for account verification, security notifications, and support communications.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph52 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. ph52 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. ph52 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff.
4.4 Withdrawal to Source. ph52 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification requirements at ph52's discretion.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the ph52 platform and may be updated from time to time. ph52 reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts for compliance or security reasons.
4.6 Fees. ph52 does not charge fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph52 accepts no responsibility.
5.1 General. ph52 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. 5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. ph52 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on ph52 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted in real time. ph52 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects a game outcome, ph52 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. ph52 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.

9.1 Service Availability. ph52 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ph52's control may result in temporary unavailability. ph52 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.
9.2 Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph52 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.3 Maximum Liability. Where ph52 is found liable for any direct loss, ph52's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your ph52 account at the time the claim arises.
9.4 Third-Party Services. ph52 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment services, game providers, or other external services integrated into the platform.
10.1 Data Collection. ph52 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
